Description
Introduction Advances in information technology, particularly the Internet, have enhanced the potential for widespread online search and retrieval of electronic content by students and other researchers. The development and availability of Internet services has increased the impact that information has on people by placing vast information resources at peoples' doorsteps (Odunewu, 2004; Sheared, Ceddia and Hurst, 2003; Mioduser et al., 2003; Agboola, 2003). Computers and the Internet are increasingly becoming an integral part of daily life, along with cars and phones. The amount of scientific information and the number of electronic journals on the Internet continue to increase, and researchers are increasingly making their works available online. Internet connectivity has fundamentally changed the way people work, think, and interact with others.
